Where do I put in my coupon code?
Coupon codes can be entered at the top of the checkout page. Please be sure to enter
your coupon code and update your cart before you checkout. If you have trouble
with the coupon code, please contact us immediately so we can make sure you get the
discount on your order.
Can I place an order over the phone or by fax?
Currently we do not take orders by fax or by phone. All orders must be completed online at bcaybeads.com.
Do you have a catalog?
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not maintain a print catalog at this time. We do hope that you will find the time to explore our website.
How does the wish list work?
Items may be placed in your wish list and then moved to your cart at your leisure. This is a great way to identify products that you would like to purchase in the future.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to maintain our inventory and only list items available on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you everything we have available and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will either back-order the remaining product or issue you a refund if we will not have new stock soon. At this time we are unable to ship back-orders to international countries, therefore, your back-order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund for those items. We will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email regarding the status of your order.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
We usually ship orders within two (2) days of receiving the payment for an order.
How much will my shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on your location and the total weight of your order. For example, typical shipping for eight ounces of beads (about 10, 6mm strands) in the USA averages $4.95.
How will my order be shipped?
Currently all orders are shipped through US Postal Service. You have the choice of USPS services for your order, including but not limited to, First Class Mail and Priority mail. International orders will be shipped via First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
For US shipments the average delivery time is 2-7 days depending on location and choice of delivery option. For International shipments estimated delivery is 5 - 15 days, however we have experienced that some packages take 4 - 8 weeks to be cleared by customs and delivered.

What kind of payments does BCAYbeads except?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks (drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. funds only). We not do ship C.O.D.
I do not feel safe putting my credit card information online. Can I pay another way?
If you prefer to pay by money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks (drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. funds only), please select this choice during your checkout and you will not be required to provide any credit card information. Please print a copy of your order when you complete checkout and mail it along with you cashiers check, money order or personal check. We will ship your items when we receive your payment. Orders are automatically cancelled if we have not received the payment within two weeks of placing he order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Something in my order is different than I expected. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. We Offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us to arrange the return of the item. Please see our returns and exchanges page for more detailed information.
How do I receive a refund for a returned item?
Refunds will be made using the same method as original payment whenever possible (credit card, PayPal, or our company check).

How do I sign up for BCAYbeads newsletters and emails?
There is a place at the top of the home page to sign up for the newsletter and email. There is an additional place at in the bottom left hand corner of the website as well.
I no longer what to receive newsletters and emails from BCAYbeads. How can I be removed from the mailing list?
On each email or newsletter, there is a link at the very bottom to manage your subscription. Clicking on this link will allow you to choose “Do not contact” and unsubscribe to all newsletter and emails. You may also email us at any time and we would be happy to remove you from our contact list. Email address is support@bcay.com.

Do you have a store front that I can come into and purchase items?
Currently we do not have a store front in which you can come in and purchase items.

Why are jewelry findings and beads measured in millimeters (mm)?
