·         Items to be exchanged for other items or a refund, items must be returned to us before new items can be sent out, or refunds made.

·         If you have items to be exchanged or returned to us due to fault of the item, we can make special arrangements will you for the shipping.  Please contact us.

·         If you received a quantity discount and are returning merchandise for a refund, we reserve the right to recalculate your order based upon the items you kept and refund the difference. 

·         Refund will be made using the same method as the original payment whenever possible (credit card, PayPal, or our company check).
